I'm Colin Foley (COFO), and I'm in the business of creating worlds.

Sometimes that means exploring the remarkable world we already live in. Other times it means imagining entirely new ones. More often than not, it's a little bit of both.

As an artist, producer, engineer, sound designer, educator, and lifelong creative, I work across music, sound, storytelling, comedy, visual art, design, and more. Whether I'm producing a record, crafting immersive soundscapes, creating foley and sonic textures, teaching, or building a creative vision from the ground up, my goal is the same: to create experiences that connect us to something meaningful — an idea, a feeling, a place, a memory, or a new way of seeing the world.

My work combines electronic and acoustic sound, sampling, foley, performance, voice acting, production, and storytelling to blur the line between reality and imagination. I think of myself as a sonic architect, audio storyteller, and world builder — using sound, music, and creativity to bring visions to life.

I'm also the founder of The Fluent Form LLC, a nature-inspired creative production company dedicated to exploring the beauty, wonder, and endless possibilities of our world through music, sound, visual art, fashion, design, education, and more.
