At the heart of everything I do is a desire to create. No matter the medium, I approach my work first and foremost as an artist. Whether I'm working in music, sound design, visual art, education, or another creative discipline, I view each of them as both an art form and a unique vessel for creative expression, exploration, and connection.
As an artist, I am drawn to ideas that entertain, inspire curiosity, and evoke emotion. Much of my work explores concepts, storytelling, imagination, and humor, often blending influences and techniques from multiple creative disciplines. While Hip-Hop, Ambient, and Electronic music remain some of my favorite territories to explore, I am constantly creating and experimenting across a wide range of genres, styles, and mediums. I am continually inspired by new ideas, unexpected combinations, and creative possibilities that transcend traditional boundaries altogether.

Before COFO, there was Sir J. Wellington.
My journey into music officially began in 2005 when, as kids, my dear friend Harrison and I decided to make comedy songs to entertain our friends. What started as a joke quickly became something much bigger with the creation of Sir J. Wellington: a boastful aristocrat from Regency-era 1800s London who spent his days trying to outshine his arch-nemesis Lord Donald and impress madams at extravagant weekend dinner parties.
During the golden age of MySpace Music and hip-hop message boards, Wellington quickly gained quite a loyal following across the internet. Creating the world of Wellington sparked my lifelong obsession with every part of the creative process: songwriting, recording, music production, engineering, artwork, promotion, and building immersive conceptual worlds around music.
Some of these songs still live on today, and you never know when Wellington may make another appearance...
